As many of you know I am an amateur photographer (emphasis on amateur) and I offer here some images of my trip to India in Jan. and Feb. of 2007.
My thanks to Tina and Hoger for conceiving and creating the opportunity to do this tour....we performed 11 concerts from Jan 18 - Feb 5 in wonderful venues for avid listeners. Special thanks to so many involved with the tour: Dietrich Andreas, German Ambassador to Myanmar and Christian Shriebe, German Consulate in Myanmar for their support and care. My thanks to the kind folks at the Congo Square Festival 2007 in Kolkata for inviting us to perform. Yves and Katie at the Savoy Hotel, Yangon for their service and attention to detail with one of our best duo concerts.. Oliver E Soe Thet - manager of the Bagan Hotel for our superb accommodations and beautiful concert venue. And lastly, thanks to violinist Holger Jetter, bassist Misko M'Ba & drummer Suresh Bascara for their inspiring performance.
